Such general terms and conditions and privacy policy may be viewed here and shall be incorporated by reference in these terms and conditions for the use of FIBA Europe Media Secition.
2. CONTENT OF FIBA EUROPE MEDIA SECTION
FIBA Europe media section is addressed exclusively to journalists. You may use the site to apply for accreditation to events under the auspices of FIBA Europe, you can find out key information on such events, download pictures or documents (e.g. press kits). FIBA Europe media section also features a forum in which you may exchange views with other journalists on subjects relating to European basketball. If you consent other journalist may also find out you contact details in a directory.
3. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
The FIBA Europe media section requires registration. In consideration of your use of this area of the Website, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. 6. MEDIA FORUM
The media forum is an area of the web site used for open discussion and communication. You agree that if you use the forum you will not use it to launch any personal attacks, to sell any products or to discuss any topics not pertaining to European basketball. In case of any violation of this obligation FIBA Europe, at its sole discretion, may terminate your account or parts thereof in accordance with section 10.
7. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
FIBA EUROPE reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that FIBA EUROPE shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Website.

You acknowledge and agree that the Website and any necessary software used in connection with the Website ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You may download pictures from the photo area of the media section for the purpose of publishing, provided that you credit any downloaded pictures to the photographer, as indicated in the photo caption.
FIBA EUROPE respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that any of your intellectual property rights have been infringed on the Website, please provide FIBA EUROPE with the following information via post or e-mail at info@fibaeurope.com:

FIBA EUROPE may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Website, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
